Just wanted to let you know that the Oak Knoll School spring fair (talk about planning ahead!!!!) is on June 9th again next year, with a rain date of June 10th. We would like to use you again for the tables, chairs and tents. We also have some other events scheduled, including our auction (Tricky Tray) on Aprill 15th and we would like to contract with you again for that nite. Hopefully we can work with you again this year as it was such a pleasure to have a reliable vendor last year for our fair.

I used South Jersey Party Tent Rental (now Karcher Event Rental) for a 2 PM backyard baby shower. We selected the 20 x 20 ft. tent wiith 4 tables and 40 chairs. Kevin was at our home by 9 AM and set up the tent in no time. All the equipment was clean and looked wonderful. It gave the shower an air of sophistication. We simply added some table cloths, favors and fresh flowers to each table. The tent provided a shady and cool place for our guests. We had about 30 guests. I think it would have been a little snug if we had had 40 guests since 10 chairs per table doesn't leave much elbow room. After the shower we simply cleared off the table cloths and stacked the chairs on top of the tables. The next morning when we awoke (around 9:30 AM), SJ Party Tent Rental had already been to our home and removed the tent, tables and chairs and we never heard a thing from inside the house. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again myself. They were prompt, delivered what they promised, courteous and well priced.
